/kyo͞ob/: a three-dimensional form with six square faces, facets, or sides.

\/Kyoob/ derives from the phonetic spelling of “cube” and highlights a diversity of approaches to this geometric form. Originally featured in The Annex Gallery at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, the exhibition has made its way to Contemporary Craft. /Kyoob/ features over 20 original works represented by 17 artists from across the nation, Canada, Australia, and the Netherlands. Each artist presents artwork centered around the theme of the cube using craft media. The media on display ranges from sterling silver to steel and tweed to thread. Discover the simplicity of the cube and how it allows for countless interpretations in material, process, surface, and scale.
