t.w.five works with just one material — adhesive-backed vinyl — and focuses largely on the process of weaving intricately repeating patterns of shape and color. These massively scaled, hand-cut vinyl installations explore culture, diversity, alienation and the impact of technology on relationships. By choosing universally recognized symbols of human interaction such as transportation, gadgets and text, t.w.five strives to connect people.
