Meow Mix: Feline Prints from the Permanent Collection

From comic strips to television to songs, cats have clawed their way into every corner of pop culture—and into the collection of the D'Amour Museum of Fine Arts. This exhibit features works on paper that celebrate the image of our feline friends in Japanese woodblock prints, Currier & Ives hand-colored lithographs, a serigraph by Dr. Seuss, wood engravings, etchings and more. A companion display to the Cats in Hats exhibit will delight cat aficionados with prints which span the mid-19th to the late 20th centuries.
