Imagine Brandywine

Imagine Brandywine is an exhibition space for the display of multidisciplinary art projects by area students, inspired by the collections and surroundings of the Brandywine River Museum of Art.

In honor of the Brandywine Conservancy’s 50th Anniversary, students for Carrcroft Elementary School in Wilmington, DE, found inspiration in many of the nature themed works featured in From Homer to Hopper: Experiment and Ingenuity in American Art, especially works by Georgia O‘Keeffe, Arthur G. Dove, and Marsden Hartley. Imagine Brandywine is an exhibition space for the display of multidisciplinary art projects by area students, inspired by the collections and surroundings of the Brandywine River Museum of Art.
