Philip Juras: The Wild Treasury of Nature ​

This exhibition features 52 paintings of the little island, giving viewers the perspective of the naturalist, as they would have encountered the pre-settled wilderness of the American South.  

The paintings are based on extensive research and man y hours spent at the sites that Juras documents, describing the natural history and unique cultural past of Little St. Simons, in particular, and the southern barrier islands, in general.
