John De Puy

The expressionist paintings of John De Puy conjure a sense of a life spent striving to capture the spiritual in art. The artist has remained true to a vow he made with writer Edward Abbey: De Puy would chronicle the Southwest through painting and Abbey through writing. De Puy continues painting the landscapes of the Southwest to this day.
