"A museum for plants", Toledo Botanical Garden encompasses more than 60 acres.
Garden areas include the Susan H. LeCron Shade Garden which displays a noteworthy Hosta collection, a Pioneer garden, an Herb garden, a Rose garden, Perennial garden and a Green garden.
Notable events include the Crosby Festival of the Arts, held in late June; and Heralding the Holidays, a seasonal celebration showcasing the
numerous resident artistic guilds.
