Located on the shores of White Rock Lake, the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden covers 66 acres, providing a complete life science laboratory to promote the art, enjoyment and knowledge of horticulture.

The Arboretum opened its doors in 1984, combining the 44-acre DeGolyer Estate and the 22-acre Alex Camp House to create a horticultural masterpiece in North Texas.

Today, 19 named gardens and numerous areas within combine to create one of the premier Dallas landmarks. The vibrant color displays in these gardens engage visitors of all ages throughout the seasons.
