The museum houses a large collection of outstanding works of Asian art, with strong holdings of Chinese works from the Qing dynasty (1644-1911). The collection of more than 900 objects, which range in date from 202 BC to the early twentieth-century, includes intricately carved jades, ivories, sculptures, paintings, ceramics, lacquer, textiles and funerary art.

The Judaica collection includes modern and contemporary Israeli art with works by Samuel Bak, Marc Chagall and Mane Katz as well as 32 bronze relief sculptures by Daniel Kafri.

Also included are artistic treasures including Russian lacquer boxes, contemporary glass, Italian mosaics.
