Opened in 1981, the collection consists of bronze sculptures, paintings and drawings, other works on paper, and photographs with a focus on the art of the Great Plains region. Exhibits are rotated several times per year and include artwork from the permanent collection, guest-curated exhibitions, and traveling exhibits. Part of the University of Nebraska.
