With three galleries that total almost 20,000 square feet, the museum exhibits a permanent collection focusing on American art from 1860 to the present, particularly of artists from Texas and the Southwest.
Comprising nearly 800 works, the collection includes painting, sculpture, ceramics, glass, works on paper, and photography.
The museum also features a sensory and sculpture garden, designed to create an experience for visually and physically challenged visitors.
