Since the 1974 donation of 108 works of art, the permanent collection of the Neuberger Museum has grown to over 6,000 works of painting, sculpture, works on paper, and photographs.
Holdings feature examples of modern, contemporary and African art, including American Art, Dada and Surrealist objects, Constructivist art, as well as Mexican and European master works and outdoor sculpture. The Neuberger Museum of Art continues collect, as well as to exhibit its permanent holdings, enacting Mr. Neuberger's commitment to supporting the work of contemporary artists who examine and expand the ideas of our day.
