The Long Island University museum’s permanent collection of nearly 5000 works, consists of objects from Ancient Mesopotamia, Greece, and Egypt as well as contemporary paintings, sculptures and photographs.
The Collection is diverse, but focuses non-Western art including Pre-Columbian and African textiles and sculpture and Chinese paintings.
