The Art of Care: Conservation at The Ringling

Caring for objects in the collection is an integral and important part of the work undertaken by The Ringling. 

Take a peek behind-the-scenes and learn about the tools, materials, and methods our Conservation Team utilizes to preserve and restore works of art. You might even be able to observe our conservators in action, periodically working in the gallery space to examine, surface clean, and rehouse several large tapestries in our collection.
