Oct 14 2018 - Jan 6 2019

Hyde Gallery #1: Eye Candy presents a triple entendre that examines the candy-like nature of oral contraception, the way women are perceived through the male gaze, and plays off of the April 1969 issue of Eye magazine. This exhibition, featuring material from the Tang Teaching Museum collection, aims to spark conversation around gender equality and a woman’s right to have agency over her reproductive health.
