Jonathan VanDyke is an internationally recognized visual and performing artist whose pieces often allude to the work week or make reference to commonplace activities, blown up to theatrical proportions. He will explore questions like those above in an upcoming pair of related undertakings. The first is a durational performance, April 5–12, in which the artist will closely scrutinize, over time, 16 handmade “everyday” quilts in the Galleria when the Museum is open to the public.
