Rediscovering Andy Warhol

Rediscovering Andy Warhol, an exhibit featuring Warhol’s entire Cowboys and Indians series and five companion pieces, including a one-of-a-kind graphite drawing of Buffalo Bill and Sitting Bull.

Work from Warhol’s popular Botticelli’s goddess of Venus and his 1985 ads portfolio among many other iconic images are also on display. More than 30 works in all. This incredible private collection is paired with Warhol Polaroids and photographs from the Meadows Museum at Centenary College in Shreveport. These Polaroid photos of celebrities will join silver gelatin snapshots and allow a glimpse into the artist’s personal life.
