Young & Famous: Douglas County Student Art Exhibit

The Umpqua Valley Arts Association is pleased to announce the opening of our next exhibit – Young and Famous, featuring artwork by first through twelfth grade students from across Douglas County. The exhibit is on view at 1624 West Harvard Avenue from January 26 – March 9, 2018, with an opening reception on January 26, 2018 from 5-7pm at the Umpqua Valley  Arts Association. There will be in awards ceremony at the reception on January 26, 2018 at 6pm.

All of UVAA’s galleries will be filled with the artwork of students from schools across Douglas County and will feature a range of media from clay to pastels. The show will be comprised of 2D and 3D artworks that will surprise and bring joy to our community through the self-expression of the children of Douglas County.
