BY HAND, a National Biennial Fine Craft Competition and Exhibition has been sponsored by the Creative Arts League of Sacramento and will be exhibited at Blue Line Arts in Roseville, California from January 19 – March 3, 2018. 

This outstanding exhibition features the work of artists from 15 states and even as far as Seoul, Korea. The selected pieces exhibit the highest standards of workmanship, use of materials and creative vision in various media.
