46th Benefit Art Auction: The Power of Art

Celebrate the power of art at the 46th Benefit Art Auction. At MAM, we believe art has enormous power—to ignite innovation, engage the next generation, transform perspectives, and inspire a lifetime love of collecting contemporary art. Experience the powerful energy and generosity of 80 locally and nationally renowned artists who donated new and vibrant works this year, including John Buck, Beth Lo, Steven Young Lee, Wendy Red Star, and Ben Bloch. The benefit art auction provides critical support for MAM’s contemporary art exhibitions and educational programming. Your bids at the auction support the transformative work of artists and contemporary art in our community.

The auction will be called by professional art auctioneer, JillMarie Wiles, from Portland, Oregon, who highlights each work of art and brings the power of the paddle into the hands of art lovers. Museum programs at MAM benefit fully thanks to the support of our business partners. Our Presenting Sponsor, US Bank, is proud to celebrate a decade of powerful support for the art auction this year. A talented and generous volunteer committee guides the event from start to finish. Noteworthy paper and press brings the auction to life with vibrant branding and design. The Missoula Wine Merchants Wine Wall presents an opportunity, for $25, to take home a fine bottle of a carefully selected wine valued at $25 or much higher. Slikati Photo + Video captures the dynamic energy of an elegant crowd gathered to bid, laugh, and cheer.
