Guardian of Childhood: William Joyce

Guardian of Childhood features illustrations from award winning author/illustrator William Joyce. Born in Shreveport, Louisiana, Joyce wrote his first book when he was in fourth grade and has produced many awardwinning, best selling classics loved by both children and adults. His books include Santa Calls, Dinosaur Bob, Rollie Pollie Ollie and The Leaf Men and The Brave Good Bugs. Winner of three Emmy awards, Joyce has also worked as a creative consultant for Disney, Pixar and Fox television.
