Art and life. Today’s Native artists use art to explore and comment on our nation’s history and current events, and their experiences as Native artists. In this exhibition, works from the Permanent Collection of the Visual Arts Center by nationally prominent Northern Plains Tribal artists such as David Paul Bradley and Oscar Howe join artwork by select contemporary Native artists for a visual conversation on how art reflects identity and experience.
