Solas: Light Inspires Glass

For any artist, light plays a key role in how their work is seen and able to be seen whether directly or in the absence of it. 

For artists who work with glass, it's paramount. Light becomes part of the glass artist's palette, informing their work. The artist has to question how they want light to respond to their work, reflecting, refracting, optimizing their colors and forms. Here is a selection of three artists who appeal to light as a means to elevate their voice in glass.
