KRASL Art Center Members' Show: Honoring the Past

As the Krasl Art Center prepares to break ground on its newly designed outdoor space in 2018, we reflect on the rich history and individuals that have made the Sculpting Community project, the Krasl Art Center, and greater Southwest Michigan community all that it is. In a similar vein, the fall artlab artist Carrie Rubinstein reflects on her family’s personal history to imaginatively create spaces that came before her lifetime.

In 2017, KAC member artists are invited to celebrate, share and honor their own past in the members’ show. Whether it is a reflection on self, others, materials, places or time, artists are invited to submit 1 never-before-seen artwork for display in the KAC galleries.
