World War I posters provide a glimpse at the means by which valued American symbols and ideals were used to mobilize the country for war in Europe. 

The exhibit presents a sample of the nearly 500 posters in the collections of the Pennsylvania State Archives. This exhibit commemorates the centennial of the U.S. entry into World War I.
