Center for Contemporary Printmaking is excited to announce its international traveling show Horizons that which premiered at Cork Printmakers at the Quay Gallery in Cork, Ireland, February 2016 and then traveled to Fyns Grafiske Vaerksted, in Odense, Denmark in May is returning to CCP for exhibition. Horizons is comprised of thirty-five works by sixteen artist members of the Center and explores representations of horizons both physical and perceptual.
Horizons is an opportunity for the Center’s member artists to showcase their work internationally at world-renowned printmaking facilities. Horizons was juried by Faye Hirsch. Hirsch is a writer, editor and teacher who has published widely on contemporary art, including more than 100 articles and reviews in Art in America where she was a senior editor.
