The Making of Bright Hopes

There's just something about recording music. In the studio, the musicians search for perfection. That search can go deep. Even 3+ years deep.

My friend, Mike Crawford, assembled his Secret Siblings in January, 2013 to start recording a collection of songs he wrote, a project eventually titled Bright Hopes! Over 50 musicians came out to seemingly countless sessions throughout a three year period. All searching for perfection. Or at least a reflection of their Creator.​

I was so very honored to have the opportunity to document this entire process. I was there with film cameras and video recorders to witness and register late night sessions, road blocks, breakthroughs, and we think a couple miracles.
