Exhibition Website

Jun 25 2017 - Sep 3 2017

Since 1996, Philadelphia resident Paul Kania has given more than two hundred works of art to the Allentown Art Museum of the Lehigh Valley, making him one of the most generous donors in our history.

This exhibition celebrates the rich variety of styles and techniques found among Kania’s gifts and explores the collector’s passion for twentieth-century and contemporary prints.

Highlights include more than thirty prints by Georges Rouault and Thomas Lias, twenty-one prints by Clare Leighton, as well as some by James Tissot, Winslow Homer, John James Audubon, Utagowa, Werner Drewes, Will Barnet, David Row, and Daniel Brice.
