Japonisme: Landscapes

Exhibition Website

Feb 1 2017 - Apr 20 2017

Western artists and designers alike drew inspiration from Japanese art in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. This stunning selection of landscape woodcuts and decorative arts objects captures the Japonisme aesthetic so popular in the West during this era and complements Frank Lloyd Wright’s Little Library, on permanent view at the Museum.
