The notion of home can be philosophical reaching beyond tangible protection from the elements to intangible ideas that create a sense of the sacred. This exhibition combines the work of featured local artists with objects from the University of St. Thomas collections. Through artwork that ranges from the whimsical and the everyday relationship one has with the home, to the overtly sacred moments that are practiced within the sanctity of such an environment, the viewer is invited to explore the meaning of home as a sacred space.
