Javier Carillo: Nuestros Ojos

Los Angeles based artist Javier Carrillo’s work depicts close friends, family members and his own life experiences. Highlighting the artist’s ability to fluidly transition between oil painting and reductive linocuts, the work on display in Nuestros Ojos depicts specific realities and cultural references to life as a Mexican-American.
