The Art of the Book

What is a book?  Kindles, ebooks, and other technologies have made our definition of a book increasingly broad, but chances are most of us would say that a book is an object you read, whether it is a novel, a memoir, or a guide. 

Yet the book is also a versatile and often personal art form. The Art of the Book explores the diverse world of contemporary book arts in New Mexico, and will feature the work of several artists. Uniting these diverse works is a love of the book as both an art form and a means of expression.
