Women at Work

This portfolio was started in Cuba in 2013 and continued through Ecuador in 2014. The role of women is explored in areas in these two patriarchal societies. Highlighted are women working in factories, as street vendors, and in the home. These are women of character, women who lead a hard life supporting themselves and families. These photographs represent their struggles, and occasional joys.
