In 1910, five prominent artists were invited by the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway for an all-expenses paid trip to the Grand Canyon. The expedition was organized so that the artists could create works of art for use on the company’s marketing materials.

This exhibition features works in HMA’s collection by three of the artists: Elliott Daingerfield, Edward Potthast and Frederick Ballard Williams.
