Ideas run wild and what do artists do? They attempt to capture them and sometimes harness them. Often the best way to do this is to draw. In this selection of two dozen drawings, representing 400 years’ worth of creativity and all new to Mia’s galleries, we see artists wrangling ideas by means of paper, pencils, ink, and chalk.
