Love by Laura Kimpton on Sonoma Plaza

SVMA is excited to announce that we will be installing Laura Kimpton's LOVE sculpture in front of Sonoma's City Hall as a part of our From Fire, Love Rises: Stories Shared from the Artist Community exhibition. The internally lit steel letters embody "the love in the air is thicker than the smoke" spirit witnessed during the Northern California fires of 2017. The installation aligns with the one year anniversary of the fires, and pays tribute to the resiliency and strength of the Sonoma community.
