SAGA Artists in the Syracuse University Art Collection

At Syracuse, the SAGA was an important organization that faculty and students of the graphic arts observed for proof that a successful career could be had in the visual arts. When developing the Syracuse University Art Collection, directors, faculty and curators looked to the organization for examples of contemporary art and began collecting works by notable members of the organization. Past presidents, Ernest Roth, John Taylor Arms, Lynd Ward, John Ross, Clare Romano and others, have their work represented in our collection.
