Emily Mason: To Another Place

Emily Mason has been painting luminous chromatic abstractions since studying in Venice on a 1956 Fulbright Scholarship. To Another Place is the first museum survey of her work. Comprising paintings and works on paper from 1958 through 2018, the exhibit explores in depth the artistic achievement of an important American artist who has maintained a summer home, garden, and painting studio in Brattleboro since 1967.
