A collaboration between the John Michael Kohler Arts Center and artist and curator Michelle Grabner, this exhibition explores one of the most important spaces for an artist—the studio. Through site-specific installations, Makeshift examines the role of the studio in contemporary art practices.

Artists featured include Trenton Doyle Hancock (TX), Jessica Jackson Hutchins (OR), Brad Kahlhamer (NY), Odili Donald Odita (PA), Barbara Rossi (IL), Greg Smith (NY), and Alison Elizabeth Taylor (NY).
