Radiant Abstractions: Metallic Photographs by Rebecca McMann

A keen observer of nature’s details, shapes and patterns, Connecticut based artist Rebecca McMann transforms photographs of everyday objects into striking abstract images. This exhibition includes twenty-six of McMann’s unique photographs which have been digitally enhanced and printed on aluminum panels. Inspired by ordinary objects, architectural details, sculptural elements and mechanical fragments, many of the works on display were photographed at the Springfield Museums.
